Supporting Needy Families and IDF Soldiers

Together, We Bring Hope for a Better Future

At our organization, we believe in the power of community to uplift, support, and empower those who need it most. Every day, we provide essential assistance to struggling families and IDF soldiers facing economic challenges, offering them basic support and human warmth. Thanks to your donations, we can supply food, essential supplies, and even medical assistance, all with the goal of easing their daily burdens and giving them a chance for a more secure and stable future. Join us in making a difference by donating and strengthening Israel’s social shield.

Nice to meet you

Rabbi Chilik Kaplan

President of Tsedaka Center

Rabbi Chilik Kaplan is a dynamic community leader dedicated to supporting orphans, widows, IDF soldiers, and vulnerable families across Israel. With years of hands-on experience, his work blends emergency relief with long-term support, always with compassion and impact at the core.

As Vice President of Chabad on Campus Israel and Chabad emissary at Ono Academic College, Rabbi Kaplan has inspired thousands of students to become active volunteers. Through his leadership, a national network of student volunteers was formed — delivering food, distributing equipment, and bringing hope to those in need.

From field missions for soldiers, to heating programs for Holocaust survivors, and food support for orphaned families, Rabbi Kaplan’s vision drives Tsedaka Center forward with purpose, efficiency, and heart.
